My Background Â
I’m an American who’s called France home for over 32 years. I’ve led global teams in matrix organizations and held the top seat as CEO.
I know the weight of responsibility, the complexity of international environments, and the cost of trying to lead flawlessly.
Leadership, even when you wanted it, can take a toll: the second-guessing, the internal pressure, the creeping burnout that comes from trying to be everything to everyone.
Today, I work with women and men who know that investing in themselves makes a difference, and are ready to quiet the self-doubt, trust their decisions, and take up space on their terms.
I’m certified through The Life Coach School and in Positive Intelligence®. My work blends practical strategy with mindset shifts—so my clients don’t just perform better, they feel better.

How Coaching Changed EverythingÂ
Coaching and mentorship didn’t just support my growth—they fundamentally changed how I lead and live.
- They helped me speak my mind without worrying how it would land.
- I stopped overthinking, over-preparing, and overcompensating.
- I learned how to bring a clear, strategic point of view to the table—and watched those ideas reshape departments, even entire organizations.
- I stopped avoiding hard conversations. Started handling conflict directly—with calm, not defensiveness.
- And I let go of the need to prove my worth by working late nights and weekends.
It wasn’t about being more confident. It was about trusting myself enough to lead differently.
That’s what I want for every individual I work with:
Less self-doubt. More self-trust.
Less managing. More meaningful influence.
Less proving. More presence.
Because when leaders show up with their full strength and perspective, organizations change. Culture shifts. People rise.
That’s real power.
Go be brilliant.
Why I Do This WorkÂ
Because leadership should be about influence, not overwork.
Because too many capable leaders - women most of all - have been taught to prove themselves instead of trust themselves.
And because the best leaders don’t burn out chasing every demand; they build authority through boundaries, decisiveness, and integrity.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about amplifying the leader you already are.
Personal ValuesÂ
These are the principles that guide how I live, lead, and show up in the world:
• Ownership – Self-trust is the foundation. I take responsibility for how I lead and live.
• Authenticity – I speak up, stand in my truth, and show up fully—and encourage others to do the same.
• Connection – Rooted in respect, cultural awareness, and dignity.
• Vitality – Energy, health and joy aren’t extras. They’re the foundation of my life.
• Growth – I’m a lifelong learner, always evolving inside and out.
Professional ValuesÂ
These shape how I coach, mentor, and support the leaders I work with:
• Empowerment – I help you build unshakable self-trust.
• Exclusivity – My work is high-touch, deeply personal, and tailored to each person I support.
• Leadership – I believe in values-based leadership—grounded in influence, not performance.
• Compassion – Honest, respectful challenge in a space of safety and support.
• Well-being – Protecting your energy isn’t optional—it’s strategic.

On a Personal Note Â
I live in France, where I build my days around purposeful work, connection, and well-being.
Mornings start with strong coffee, stronger thoughts, and a healthy dose of exercise.
I believe that when a woman puts herself first, she becomes not just a better leader—but a force that raises the standard. For herself. For her team. For the work she’s here to do.
